Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 29 May 2019 at 9.00am, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.

The undersigned does hereby fix 10 July 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
