Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by a resolution of its shareholder dated 24 May 2019 at 4.19am. This is a solvent liquidation.

The liquidators have fixed 1 July 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
