Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 27 May 2019 at 1.15pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that G.M ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
