Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 15 May 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CHRYSTALL FARMING LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. This is a solvent liquidation for the purpose of restructuring the shareholders’ affairs.

The liquidation commenced on 15 May 2019 at 4.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 June 2019.
