Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to orders of the High Court at Auckland, Timothy Wilson Downes and Malcolm Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of EAST WIND COMPANY LIMITED and EAST WIND NOMINEE COMPANY LIMITED on 13 May 2019 at 2.00pm and of EAST WIND HOLDINGS LIMITED on 17 May 2019 at 4.30pm.
