Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 1 May 2019 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 that REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Samuel Brian Harwood, of Timaru, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 10 May 2019 at 4.00pm.
