Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivien Judith Madsen-Ries and David Sean Webb, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed liquidators, of the above-named company by the High Court at Gisborne on 14 May 2019 at 10.24am.

The liquidators have fixed 20 June 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
