Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CRYPTOPIA LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders.

The liquidation commenced on 14 May 2019 at 1.20pm.
