Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 May 2019 at 10.10am.

We fix 21 June 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
