Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 May 2019 at the times stated below:

• DEVI CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.22am.
• FARMHOUSE FOODS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.24am
• MASTERS & GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.26am
• NEW ZEALAND GOLDEN WOOL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.29am

We fix 13 June 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
