Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 2 May 2019 at the times stated below:

• DEY PAINTING & DECORATING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.12am.

We fix 15 June 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
