Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KUMAR HORTICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 29 April 2019 at 10.20am.

We fix 31 May 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
