Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of XEBEC HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 30 April 2019 at 2.00pm when the members appointed Murray G, Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner (NZ), as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximize potential returns to creditors.
