Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 26 April 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that STOKES VALLEY COSMOPOLITAN CLUB INCORPORATED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 26 April 2019 at 9.00am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 June 2019.
