Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald along with Kim Scott Thompson were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE NATIVE PLANT NURSERY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 16 April 2019 at 10.05am by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland.

We fix 16 June 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
