Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that, by special resolutions of the shareholders of the above-named companies, in accordance with section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), I, Michael William Hartley, accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of all the above companies.

I fix 24 May 2019 at 1.30pm as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.
