Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald along with Kim Scott Thompson were appointed joint and several liquidators of PENGUIN CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 1 April 2019 at 4.00pm.

We fix 1 June 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
