Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland, Timothy Wilson Downes and Malcolm Russell Moore, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of BEST INVEST NZ COMPANY LIMITED on 16 April 2019 at 12.20pm.
