Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on Monday 15 April 2019 at 10.00am appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 29 May 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
