Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

At a special general meeting of the members of PAPARIMU TENNIS CLUB INCORPORATED (“club”) held on 18 July 2018, being a date more than 30 days after the previous special general meeting, the members present resolved that the resolutions passed by the members at the special general meeting of the club held on 13 June 2018 be confirmed and ratified:

1. The Paparimu Tennis Club Incorporated shall henceforth be put into liquidation.
2. That John Whittfield from Whittfield Associates be appointed as liquidator of the club.
3. That after payment of all costs associated with the liquidation, all remaining property and assets of the PAPARIMU TENNIS CLUB INCORPORATED be forthwith transferred to the Paparimu Community Centre Incorporated.

John Whittfield was appointed liquidator of the above incorporated society on 18 July 2018 at 7.45pm by special resolution of the officers/members.

Please note that all proofs of debt must be submitted to the liquidator by 15 May 2019.
