Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that ELECTRIC SECURITY FENCING LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 March 2019 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 21 March 2019 at 10.12am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
