Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that PREDATOR CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 March 2019 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2019 at 10.35am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
