Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Raymond Paul Cox and David Ian Ruscoe of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland. The liquidation commenced on 5 April 2019 at 10.52am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 10 May 2019 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
