Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders of the company on 11 April 2019 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 24 May 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
