Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 29 March 2019, 8 April 2019 and 9 April 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on:

• ARMSON PROPERTY LIMITED and ARMSON HOLDINGS LIMITED at 2.00pm on 29 March 2019.
• NORTHERN MUSIC CENTRE LIMITED and NORWELL FINANCE LIMITED at 10.00am on 8 April 2019.
• SPARTA FLOORS LIMITED at 9.00am on 9 April 2019.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 1 May 2019, 8 May 2019 and 9 May 2019 respectively.
