On 28 March 2019 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that RPE WESTPORT LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 March 2019 at 8.06am.
