Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a)

On 4 December 2019, Bruce Douglas Montgomery, of 7 Henry Lane, Patumahoe, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidation commenced on 4 December 2018 at 2.00pm.
