Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nesti, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of IHUMATA ROAD LIMITED.

This solvent liquidation commenced on 2 April 2019 at 1.30pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 10 May 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
