Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following solvency resolutions by both companies’ shareholders on 31 March 2019 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 10 May 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidations.

Note 1: These are solvent liquidations.

Note 2: The liquidation of ERGO CONSULTING 2003 LIMITED follows the restructuring of affairs. Ergo Consulting continues under a new structure.

Note 3: The liquidation of MFL SERVICES LIMITED follows the sale of business.
