Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake Solvent Liquidation

Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2019 the shareholders of PIAGET LIMITED (company number: 3662793) resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, to undertake a solvent liquidation of the company.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(2)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 29 March 2019 10.27am. Unless requested by a creditor, it is not intended to hold a creditors meeting as this is a solvent liquidation and all creditors are expected to be paid. The directors have executed a certificate of solvency.
