Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the below companies:

FINE ARTS AND FRAMING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.02am on 27 March 2019 at the High Court at Nelson.

WELDTECH ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.15am on 27 March 2019 at the High Court at Blenheim.

21 May 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
