Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder above-named company on Tuesday 19 March 2019 at 2.30pm appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 April 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
