Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the below companies on the dates and times below:

ABSOLUTE MEDI HEALTH & FITNESS CENTRE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am on 14 March 2019 at the High Court at Palmerston North.

CABLE AUTO REPAIRS 2015 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.12am on 19 March 2019 at the High Court at Wellington.

WHITE TIMBER FILLETING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.20am on 21 March 2019 at the High Court at Napier.

DENLEYS PANEL AND PAINT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am on 21 March 2019 at the High Court at Christchurch.

21 May 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
