Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 26 March 2019 at 9.20am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SK AND SK HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
