Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is given pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 that Morgan Kelly, Phil Quinlan and Stewart McCallum of Ferrier Hodgson, Level 25, One International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, were appointed liquidators of HALIFAX NEW ZEALAND LIMITED on 22 March 2019 at 11.00am, pursuant to sections 239ABA and 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
