Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 24 March 2019 at 7.25pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KR SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
