Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOLID TIMBERFLOORING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 15 March 2019 at 10.52am.

We fix 30 April 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
