Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder of the company on 19 March 2019 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 3 May 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
