Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on the dates and times noted below:

12 March 2019

MJR PRESENTS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 1.10pm it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the company be liquidated.

14 March 2019

HOFFMAN MOTORS LIMITED (trading as Hoffman Ford) (in liquidation) at 10.33am by an order of the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

HOME IDEAS GROUP LIMITED (formerly HOME IDEAS AUCKLAND LIMITED until 3 December 2018) (in liquidation) at 9.34am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the company be liquidated.

15 March 2019

HURSTMERE ROAD LIMITED (trading as Hurstmere Road Brew Bar) (in liquidation) at 9.10am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the company be liquidated.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 10 May 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
