Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 14 March 2019 at 10.00am, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that James William Corke, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation is a members voluntary winding up and the directors have filed solvency certificates and all creditors will be paid prior to winding up, however creditors and shareholders may direct their inquiries to James Corke during normal business hours at the address and contact details stated below.
