Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 12 March 2019 at 12.17pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PRECISION PAINTING NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
