Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 4 January 2019 at 12.50pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LA PETITE FRANCE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
