Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 8 March 2019 at the times stated below:

• TRAILER FIXATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.18am.
• TUPOU DEMOLITION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.14am.
