Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders at the following times:

5 March 2019

DECISIVE SECURITIES LIMITED, NALOKUA HOLDINGS LIMITED, and THE RENOUF QUAY COMPANY LIMITED at 9.19am.

Notice is hereby given that, as liquidators of the companies, we fix 26 April 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Please note that the liquidations of DECISIVE SECURITIES LIMITED, NALOKUA HOLDINGS LIMITED, and THE RENOUF QUAY COMPANY LIMITED are solvent for the purpose of restructuring the shareholders’ affairs.
