Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were appointed administrators of HEYREX LIMITED, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 February 2019 at 7.50am.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the office of Crengle Shreves & Ratner, Level 11, City Chambers, 142 Featherson Street, Wellington, on Wednesday 6 March 2019 at 3.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrators;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the director’s statements.
