Notice is given that David Ross, of Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants, was appointed administrator of the above-mentioned company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on Thursday 7 February 2019.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on Tuesday 19 February 2019 at the Sky City Auckland, corner of Victoria Street and Federal Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, at 3.00pm NZDT.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• decide whether to replace the administrator;
• decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
• receive and consider the director’s statement of the company’s position; and
• submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
