Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The above company was placed into voluntary administration on Thursday 7 February 2019 by written resolution of the board of the company of even date. Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountants and CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Ecovis KGA Limited, Level 2 Bupa House, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland on 19 February 2019 at 11.00am.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
