Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Sections 239ADW(1)(b) and 239AO(1)(a) and (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Jason Aleksander Kardachi and Mitchell Wayne Mansfield of Borrelli Walsh were appointed administrators of the company on 11 November 2019, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

A first meeting of creditors of the company will be held on 20 November 2019 at 10.00am (NZT) at The Devon Hotel and Conference Centre, 390 Devon Street East, New Plymouth 4312, New Zealand. Creditors should arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.

The purpose of the first meeting of creditors is to decide whether to:

• appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
• replace the administrators.
