Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as administrator of DANDY & LION EDUCARE LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 October 2019.

The first meeting of creditors will be held at the Tuakau War Memorial Boulevard, (supper room), 70 George Street, Tuakau, on 24 October 2019 at 3.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee, and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. Receive and consider the directors statement of the company’s position; and
4. Submit and consider the overview of the conduct of the administration.
