Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of BENNETTS BOOKSTORES LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 June 2019.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at Pupuke Golf Club at 231 East Coast Road, Campbells Bay, Auckland on Wednesday 3 July 2019 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to decide:

1. whether to replace the administrator;
2. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and if so, to appoint its members; and
3. whether to extend the convening period.
